As Field Service Tooling Specialist you will be responsible for facilitating transactions, producing, assembling and delivering replacement/ repair parts and equipment as part of a Services agreement or order. Includes activities such as processing transactions, managing processes, material management, site operations, or warehouse logistics & shipping in a shop structure.

As Field Service Tooling Specialist you will be responsible for :

the daily operations, activities, financial and technical management of a Tool Center · Coordinate the activities and schedule of tool center staff, including hourly paid employees · Work closely with internal customers (Field Engineers and Service Managers) to coordinate tooling required and schedule for outages · Manage the tool center to achieve supply availability, turn-around times, quality measures and operating plan targets · Working together with people from the business unit. Contacts are under guidance and/or geared towards specifying activities, planning of activities and giving explanations on technical issues.Handling standardized project processes. Guidelines for choosing the right actions. Some latitude in ways of working and planning.Handli targeted clients. Works on the basis of predefined contracts and frameworks. Some latitude to deviate from those conditions.

To be successful in this role you will :

Have Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Services).Strong oral and written communication skills.Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.Ability to work independently. Strong problem solving skills.
