A leading company in the printing and packaging industry, servicing Large/Wide Format Equipment from all the top manufacturers is currently seeking Field Service Technicians to join their dynamic and ever growing team. This role is key to maintaining the satisfaction of their loyal customers, which range from large corporations to small and medium-sized businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
On-site service, maintenance, and troubleshooting of equipment Installation and configuration of new printers Ensuring all customer queries are addressed within the stipulated SLA time frame Maintaining customer relationships and proactively handling allocated calls Compliance with QMS procedures provided by the Field Service Manager (FSM) Completing administration within policy time frames Achieving first-time-fix rate and recall rate under stipulated requirements What We’re Looking For:
1 - 3 years experience (we are looking for both Junior and Senior candidates) Valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle Knowledge of Large Format digital printers is a bonus Knowledge of the Signage Industry is a bonus Strong troubleshooting ability and independent thinking High energy level, self-motivation, and a strong desire to learn Excellent customer service and communication skills Associate degree in electronics or comparable work experience or training is preferred Bonus Points For:
