Minimum requirements:
Telecommunications, Networking, or a related field is advantageous Experience in fibre installations or field support in a telecommunications environment Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and diagnostic skills Familiarity with service management platforms and ticketing systems Good understanding of health and safety procedures related to on-site technical work Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to various work sites
