Field Service Representative (Medical Imaging)

This role will be based in the Greater Toronto Area.

As a Field Service Representative you will be responsible for:

Performing installations, start-ups, maintenance, repairs and updates of all products within his/her area of expertise and assisting with other products under supervisionCommunicating and accept all operative direction from the Customer Care Service CenterSupporting the SERVOR Service process and ensure optimal performance in all process activities related to within his/her area of responsibilityEscalating incidents directly to the "Regional Support Center" (RSC) according to the defined parametersInforming Customer Care Center on all escalation issuesReporting any customer complaints with proper documentation to the Customer Care CentreEnsuring the proper use of tool & test equipment and report the usage on any related service report. Complying to national and local regulations and safety standards, as well as technical and operational guidelines from Siemens Healthcare

Required skills to have for the success of this role:

Technical training usually with College Diploma in Electronics or Biomedical areasDetailed product knowledge (certified). MR modality knowledge would be an assetLong term experience within medical services, regional languages, communication trainingCommunication capability, organizational capabilityValid driver’s licenseMust have valid passportClearance to travel domestically and internationally for training purposes (without restrictions)
