What You Will Do:
Ensure safety at job sites and during the operation and maintenance of company vehicles, following Nalco Water Safety and Product Stewardship policies.Provide on-site customer service for products, applications, and systems according to service and equipment maintenance plans. Document all work, including chemical application rates, inventory levels, and any required corrective actions. Assist sales personnel in maintaining 100% compliance with the Six Service Standards.Perform basic startup services, preventive maintenance, and general services on company products, applications, and systems.Diagnose, repair, or adjust equipment and train customers in these procedures. Adjust chemical dosages and applications as needed. Use creativity and ingenuity to solve customer problems and operate independently with minimal supervision.Complete and electronically transmit required field documentation and reports (e.g., field service reports, expense reports) in a timely manner as per company policy and departmental procedures. Actively use company digital platforms for planning and documenting activities.Travel as required.What are the requirements?
A high school diploma is required, with additional licenses in electrical or plumbing jobs preferred.Proficiency in English at a minimum B2 level is considered an advantage2-4 years of related experience and the ability to interact successfully with customer personnelKnowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, as well as computer skills, are necessary.At least 2 years of experience in repair, troubleshooting, or field service.Must have a valid driver's license and the flexibility to travel more than 50% of the working time.Strong verbal and written communication skills.What’s in it for You
