Field Service Representative (FSR)**Location:** On-site, Twentynine Palms, CA (Some travel required)
**Salary:** $110,000 - $125,000, plus benefits
**Department:** Operations Team, SITE 525Job OverviewAs the Field Service Representative (FSR) to the United States Marine Corps (USMC), you will play a critical role in supporting the planning and execution of highly realistic information maneuver training. You will be the face of the SITE product, working closely with USMC and other DoD leadership to ensure effective training outcomes. Additionally, you will provide valuable feedback to both DoD and company leadership to enhance product utilization and meet evolving training goals.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, design, and execute realistic information maneuver training scenarios.Provide expert guidance on maximizing the SITE product’s capabilities for training objectives.Collaborate with DoD exercise planners to deliver high-quality training experiences for warfighters.Deliver weekly Situation Reports (SITREPs) to company and DoD leadership.Act as a liaison between SITE 525 and USMC leadership to ensure seamless integration of training tools and methodologies.Required QualificationsPrior military experience, preferably in Psychological Operations (PsyOp), Intelligence (Intel), or Marine Special Operations Command (MARSOC).U.S. Citizenship.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Reporting StructureThis role reports to the Director of Operations and the Product Owner.About SITE 525SITE 525 is at the forefront of delivering cutting-edge training solutions for information maneuver specialists.
