As a Field Service Representative you will be responsible for:

Servicing, maintaining and commissioning of medical diagnostic imaging equipment Promptly following up and following through to customer resolution Displaying a high level of critical thinking to bring successful resolution to complex problems Controlling and completing electronic documentation Guiding the maintenance of tools, testing equipment and calibrating material Planning and scheduling of service and maintenance duties Interfacing with customers to provide quality service and support

Requirements to have to be successful this role:

Biomedical Electronics or Electronics Technologist or equivalent diploma Solid computer skills Customer service experience Field service experience is an asset Valid driver’s license Clearance to travel domestically and internationally for training purposes Must have a valid passport

The base pay range for this position is CA$75,000 - CA$95,000 CAD annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The annual incentive target is (10%) of base pay.  Siemens Healthineers offers a variety of health and wellness benefits including paid time off and holiday pay.
