We help a diverse range of customers across the value chain to reduce operating costs and improve productivity. Our field services team support on-site installation, maintenance and planning of our industry-leading products.
 

Lead a team that makes a difference to our business
 

As Field Service Engineer - Site Manager, you'll play a vital role with our customers. Leading installation and maintenance activities, you will work with customers to troubleshoot issues and ensure safe and compliant installations.
 

As Field Service Engineer - Site Manager, you will be responsible for:
 

Driving project development, being the reference for Customer and Company on relevant strategy/decision makingLeading / providing operational framework for activities to teams and skilled labor, ensuring safety, compliance and qualityupdate schedules and progress reports, as well as schedule slippages.Preparing and updating technical documentation, plans, daily and weekly briefing reports for customers and internal cross-functional teamsEnsuring internal training, compliance and quality documentation is updated, followed and completed according to company standardsprovide feedback to the installation manager & design offices.

To be successful in this role you will:

Have an Engineering degree or High School Diploma with relevant work experienceDemonstrate good working knowledge of mechanical & commissioning installation for rotating equipment.Technical awareness of ICL integrated compressor or Gas Turbines or Centrifugal Compressors or Reciprocating Compressors or Steam Turbines and their auxiliaries.Display a strong customer service-orientation mindset, experienced leading customers through tough decisionsBe skilled at communicating complex technical information to customers and teams with varying levels of technical understandingGerman speaker mandatory, fluent in English, French is a plus.EU Passport or European Work permit required
