Field Service Engineer II

As a Field Service Engineer II here at Honeywell, you will be accountable for providing technical expertise and facilitating field service operations. You will have the opportunity to work on complex projects, ensuring successful implementation and customer satisfaction. Your problem-solving skills will be put to the test as you troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, both remotely and on-site. You will report directly to our Field Service Manager and this position will be remote as there will be extensive travel throughout the US.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Travel throughout US overseeing subcontractors completing hands on field services workProvide technical expertise and facilitate field service operationsGuide and execute complex field service projects, ensuring successful implementation and customer satisfactionTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues, both remotely and on-siteWork with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions for customer needsConduct training sessions for field service technicians and customers

 


YOU MUST HAVE

Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in field service engineering, with a focus on complex technical solutionsStrong technical knowledge and expertise in relevant technologiesExcellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsAbility to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersProficient computer skills (Microsoft Office)

Associate's or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematicsOSHA 10/30 certified Desired experience in Industrial Automation or related fieldStrong customer focus and ability to build and maintain relationshipsContinuous learning mindset and willingness to stay updated with industry advancementsResults-oriented approach and ability to drive projects to successful completion
