The Service engineer for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for responsible for maintenance and service the instrument for customer satisfaction. This position is part of the Customer satisfaction department located in Seoul and will be fully remote. You will be a part of the CS service 2team and report to the service supervisor responsible for coordinating resources to resolve the problem. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Various on-site service activities, including installation and maintenance of instrument, and software upgrades in case of instrument problems, including preventive Maintenance.Responding to a customer's service requestMaintain a favorable relationship with customersWaiting for emergency service calls during off-duty hours (on weekends and night shifts)Performing a variety of service tasks and challengesCooperation with team membersWork collaboration with relevant departmentCompliance with company policiescompletion of a training program The essential requirements of the job include: Experience: more than 2 years of experience in Chemistry or Diagnostic field services. Anyone who doesn't have a problem with overseas travel and domestic business trips.
