Job Title: Field Service Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking Field Service Engineers to install semiconductor equipment and directly interact with customers for troubleshooting and handling escalations. This role involves conducting safety conversations, explaining complex concepts, and summarizing maintenance tasks. Candidates will need to pay close attention to detail and possess a strong mechanical knowledge base to follow and understand documented procedures, and document progress effectively.

This is a fully on-site position in Hillsboro, Oregon.

Work Environment

The position is based onsite at semiconductor facilities. Candidates will initially undergo virtual onboarding, followed by on-the-job training in Phoenix, AZ for 6-8 weeks. Work shifts include 4 days of 10-hour shifts either from Sunday to Wednesday or Wednesday to Saturday, with potential for Monday to Friday shifts depending on business needs. Shifts include a 15% differential and built-in overtime.
