The Role:

We’re seeking an exceptional people leader to join us as an Associate Manager. In this role, you will lead a dedicated team of field service engineers across VIC, SA, and TAS in Australia. This position is ideal for someone experienced in managing close-knit teams of 8-10, driving success through efficient operations, and fostering a collaborative and enjoyable work environment.

Travel is part of this role, as you’ll spend time with both your team and our customers across Australia.

Responsibilities:

Supervise frontline field service employees, providing mentorship, support, and training to align with our long-term strategy.Engage and develop your team to ensure high levels of technical competency and exceptional customer experiences.Support and hold the team accountable while driving a positive culture.Set performance targets, monitor progress, and provide constructive feedback.Manage resources to meet coverage and customer needs.Maintain quality standards and documentation of service activities for both internal and external reference.

Requirements:

Several years of experience in a management role.A passion for leading and developing others.Highly developed customer service skills and problem-solving abilities.Strong communication skills with the ability to engage a diverse range of internal and external customers.
