Role summary
We are looking for a Field Service Account Manager whose main task will be to promote our services and contracts to existing and new customers.
Your role
Develop our sales in various sectors such as the energy, industry and chemicals Develop and energize service offers and contracts over a defined geographical area, in line with sales strategy and with the aim of achieving quantitative and qualitative targets Develop the customer portfolio through prospecting and loyalty actions Carry out and support commissioning, maintenance and repair work on customer sites Comply with Group safety rulesYour profile
Experience serving customers in the oil & gas, power, chemical, water and other general industries Contact with maintenance services Good knowledge of Rhône-Alpes industrial area and South of France Willingness to travel as needed to customer sites Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 3 to 5 years' relevant experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word Knowledge of SAP is a plusAbility to work well in a team Ability to reorganize priorities on a daily basis while producing deliverables Organized and efficientThe candidate must be based in Lyon, on-site presence is mandatory with little or no telecommuting.
