Your Opportunity at SECUREThe Field Sales Representative plays a key role in identifying new business opportunities and driving the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing. This requires a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences to both prospective and existing clients. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with the Operations team to foster a positive, high-energy culture. A strong community presence and the ability to build lasting relationships are essential to success in this position.

Work EnvironmentThis is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position from Monday to Friday, requiring the ability to work in a mobile, on-the-go setting.
A Day in The LifeThe responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:
Develop and execute customer acquisition, retention, and growth strategies to drive long-term success and revenue growthBuild, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with new and existing customers, acting as a trusted partner and resourceCollaborate with potential clients to identify tailored solutions that align with their specific operational needs and business objectivesPartner with the sales team to support end-to-end sales efforts, including strategy, contract negotiations, and securing accurate tracking and logistics quotesMaintain in depth knowledge of SECURE’s facility offerings (e.g., all weather pads, metering systems, facility acceptances) and stay informed on competitive advantages within the regional marketCreate and maintain a Personal Development Plan aligned with both individual growth goals and organizational objectivesLiaise effectively with cross-functional teams including Regulatory, Administrative, and Operations to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfactionEngage actively with the local community to foster positive relationships, enhance brand presence, and identify potential business opportunitiesConsistently model and promote SECURE’s mission, and core values in all professional interactions and decision making Skills, Experience & QualificationsThe individual in this role will have:
High School Diploma or GED required; post-secondary education in business, marketing, or a related field is considered a strong assetValid driver’s license with a clean driving recordMinimum of 3-5 years of sales and marketing experience within the energy services sectorHands on operational experience, with a solid understanding of field level logistics and service executionPrevious exposure to oil marketing is considered a strong assetEstablished network of industry contacts is essential to success in this roleDemonstrated ability to inspire and foster a collaborative, team-oriented work environmentProven track record of successful sales performance, exceptional communication skills, and strong customer relationship managementHighly self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to operate independently with minimal supervisionExcellent organizational and time management skills with a keen attention to detail and ability to manage multiple prioritiesProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); comfortable working with digital tools and platformsAbility to create and deliver compelling technical presentations when requiredHigh degree of professionalism, integrity, and accountabilityWillingness and flexibility to work outside standard business hours as requiredSelf-driven and proactive in staying ahead of market trends and new business activity while nurturing existing client relationshipsWhat's in it for you
