Please note we follow a process of continuous selection and will close the vacancy as soon as we find the right candidate, so do not delay submitting the application. **In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:** + Manage End User accounts (Refining, Oil & Gas, Life Science, Chemical) and OEM / EPC customers in Croatia to achieve the agreed orders, sales and profitability targets. + Promote the sale of Emerson’s products & services & strategically negotiate, keeping in mind long term opportunities. + Work with distributors in the region to support their efforts. + Manage and further develop Emerson’s market position with Measurement Solution Portfolio by understanding the customer’s business drivers & goals and keeping up-to-date with their situations. + Prepare and be responsible for an annual booking budget by product / value / period. + Maintain a project opportunity list and Site plans for the assigned account in CRM. + Understand and work in team project form for more sophisticated requests. + Participate in relevant industry events. **Who You Are:** You actively listen and check for understanding, and you adjust communication content and style to meet the needs of diverse stakeholders.
