**About the Role:**
The **Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM)** will support patient access and reimbursement challenges by working with physician offices to navigate Benefit Investigation, Prior Authorization, Claims Assistance, and Appeals. You'll educate office staff on payer landscape and available services through both remote and on-site training. This client-facing, customer-oriented role requires relationship-building with physician offices, manufacturers, and internal teams to ensure optimal service delivery.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Educate office staff on reimbursement challenges, support services, and payer coverage (15+ interactions per week).
+ Provide guidance on Benefit Investigation, Prior Authorization, Medicare/Commercial coverage, billing/coding updates, and patient assistance programs.
+ Track all activities in FRM CRM and report to managers weekly.
+ Monitor program performance and coordinate with physicians and manufacturer representatives.
+ Conduct outbound calls to providers and set appointments for training and support.
+ Collaborate with internal teams to resolve reimbursement issues and improve the patient experience.
+ Travel up to 80% (4 days per week) within assigned territory for on-site training and account management.
**Qualifications:**
+ **Education:** 4-year degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
+ **Experience:**
+ 8+ years in healthcare-related reimbursement (including Buy & Bill, Retail, or Specialty Pharmacy).
+ Prior experience in oncology, neurology, dermatology, or other therapeutic areas is a plus.
+ Strong knowledge of Medicare and commercial insurance coverage.
+ Previous field reimbursement or project management experience preferred.
+ **Skills:**
+ Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
+ Experience with CRM systems, PowerPoint, and Web Meeting platforms.
+ Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
**Working Conditions:**
+ Remote work when not traveling
+ Travel up to 80% within territory (must have valid driver’s license and clean driving record)

**Pay Details:** $50.00 to $51.00 per hour
