Field Operations Specialist

As we expand, we are looking for a Field Operations Specialist to join our Service Operations group. This position will execute deployment events, including site installations, test & evaluation exercises, demonstrations, and service and maintenance activities. A Field Operations Specialist is expected to develop a deep understanding of Hidden Level hardware and software platform capabilities and become an expert in their delivery to the field.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Coordinate with Sales, Customer Success, and Program Management team members to help scope customer and mission requirements.
+ Leverage modeling and simulation tools to propose physical sensor laydowns per requirements.
+ Develop deployment plans for the enablement of modeled architectures.
+ Conduct site surveys to assess locations for installation feasibility.
+ Execute deployment plans, including the delivery and configuration of Hidden Level sensor assets to customer or demonstration environments.
+ Support the integration of Hidden Level data into external platforms through coordination with Engineering teams as required.
+ Support operational needs of demonstration events as required. This may include:
1. Conducting drone (UAS) flights to calibrate sensors and/or showcase capabilities
2. Providing live monitoring of sensor interfaces to ensure high-level of performance
+ Prepare and deliver training to customer end users.
+ Ensure compliance with all regulations pertinent to installation environments, including export regulations for international events.
+ Maintain a high readiness level of deployment capabilities by retaining positive control of deployment asset, tool, and equipment inventories.
+ Build and maintain relationships with customers and other external stakeholders.
+ Conduct preventative and corrective maintenance actions as required.
+ Support field operations for Engineering test events.

**Required Qualifications:**
+ Associates degree in a technical field. Bachelors degree preferred
+ 5+ years of field operations experience.
+ Experience in project management and logistics of field operations.
+ Active Secret clearance or ability to obtain clearance within 6 months of employment.
+ FAA Part 107 UAS Pilot Certification or willingness to become certified with 4 months of employment.
+ Valid Driver’s License
+ Confidence towing equipment trailer with company vehicles.
+ Ability and willingness to travel up to 75% domestically and internationally.
+ This role requires flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Candidates must be able to adapt to changing schedules and be available to work as required by business needs.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Previous military or law-enforcement experience a plus.
+ Experience deploying RF sensors a plus.

**Salary Range** : The anticipated salary range for this position based out of Syracuse, NY is estimated at $70,000 to $82,000 annually. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Hidden Level considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
