Field Marketing Manager - National Segment

This critical role will be instrumental in developing and executing innovative field marketing strategies that drive pipeline growth and strengthen our brand presence within key national accounts. The ideal candidate is a data-driven, creative, and results-oriented individual with a proven track record of success. You will be a key liaison between sales, marketing, and other internal stakeholders, and will thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. **Key Responsibilities** + **Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy Development:** Collaborate with sales and marketing leadership to develop and refine the go-to-market strategy for the National segment. This includes defining target audience segmentation, value proposition, messaging, and key performance indicators (KPIs). + **Develop and Execute Field Marketing Plans:** Design and implement comprehensive field marketing plans tailored to the National segment, aligned with overall marketing objectives and pipeline targets. This includes identifying key target accounts, crafting targeted messaging, and selecting appropriate marketing channels (e.g., events, webinars, content marketing, digital advertising, direct mail). + **Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Expertise:** Leverage ABM principles to create and execute highly personalized campaigns that engage key decision-makers within strategic national accounts. This includes account mapping, personalized content creation, and targeted outreach. + **Stakeholder Management:** Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including sales teams, channel partners, and marketing leadership. Collaborate effectively to ensure alignment on goals, messaging, and campaign execution. + **Data Analysis and Reporting:** Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), including MQLs, conversion rates, and pipeline generated to measure the effectiveness of field marketing programs. Use data to inform strategic decision-making and optimize campaign performance. Provide regular reports on campaign results and ROI. + **Market Research:** Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities for field marketing initiatives. + **Risk-Taking and Innovation:** Embrace a culture of experimentation and innovation. Proactively identify and test new approaches to field marketing, and be willing to take calculated risks to drive better results. **Qualifications** + 5 years of experience in field marketing. + Proven track record of success in developing and executing field marketing programs that drive pipeline growth. + Strong understanding of ABM principles and best practices. + Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. + Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills. + Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, Tableau, Salesforce). + Experience with DemandBase considered a plus + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Creative, forward-thinking, and results oriented. + Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. ​ **Bring out your best** SAP innovations help more than four hundred thousand customers worldwide work together more efficiently and use business insight more effectively. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 100,000 - 216,000 USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
