Learn more about our What and our Why (https://corporate.exxonmobil.com/About-us/Who-we-are) and how we can work **together** . **What role you will play in our team** + Perform lease operator duties at oil/gas facilities and well sites + Work closely with other Operators, I&E Technicians, and Engineers to ensure safe, profitable operation at field locations + Shift work and rotational on-call scheduling. + Perform lease operator duties at the oil & gas facilities, and the well sites + Perform moderately complex pumper duties, including operation of pressurized vessels and production equipment + Prepare documentation and produce daily reports + Responsible for maintaining/repairing equipment and identifying potential problems + Organize and plan daily work schedule + Conduct production tests using established procedures and witness purchaser's gauges and tests + Responsible for the daily operations of the oil & gas processing equipment + Recognize potential hazards to procedures and protect both human beings and equipment **What you will do** + 2+ year of experience working as a Lease Operator + Competent in all areas and capable of handling most problems except those requiring engineering assistance + Must be able to use Microsoft Outlook and MS Excel spreadsheets and use production input programs + Must have and maintain a valid driver's license. + Motor Vehicle Records (MVRs) are included as part of the pre-employment background check and are completed annually to confirm insurable eligibility coverage.
