Play a vital role for our customers
As a Field coordinator you will play a vital role for our customers. You will take ownership of the required checking and operation of equipment, providing records to customers. You will be able to work under your own initiative to help meet production schedules.
As a Field coordinator, you will be responsible for:
Using operational business knowledge to make tactical/operational decisions and coordinate the movement of equipment, materials, and personnel within a Natural Work Area in day to day operations under broad directionCoordinating the day-to-day activities of individuals performing job/resource planning roles.Validating job proposals and reviews requirements versus available resources.Assessing service delivery requirements for each job within assigned NWA.Coordinating the engagement and use of third-party services and equipment within assigned NWA's.Utilizing technical and/or operational expertise to provide service delivery solutions for customers.Ordering equipment specific to customer specifications/job requirements.Communicating job specific details and information to appropriate service delivery and support staff.Creating Sales Orders pursuant to contracts and pricing agreements for both scheduled and call out jobs.Communicating effectively with customers and service delivery staff to resolve service delivery issues and irregularities. IInterfacing and working effectively with field operations pursuant to service quality, employee development, worksite safety, and process improvement processes and issues.Performing the required checking and operations of equipment required for coiled tubing & nitrogen pumping jobs.Providing records of equipment and other materials to the customer representative at the rig/well siteCarrying out all required responsibilities safely, following standard policies and legal requirementsCommunicating with clients and customersEnsuring the safe and timely execution of the designated scope of workSupervising the pre-mobilization activities, including the selection of equipmentImplementing pre-mobilization function testing for critical equipment items and as required and providing post job delivery report to customer .Controlling overall Coiled Tubing operations at the offshore/onshore worksiteExecuting the contracted scope of work emphasizing the Health and Safety of fellow employeesPerforming all types of Coiled Tubing related calculations, simulations and recording.Identifying and exploiting all potential sales opportunitiesFuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
Have a technical degree or/ diploma or equivalent Have 7 years of experience as Coiled Tubing Supervisor and 2 years as coordinatorHaving experience in CT job designs (cleanout, acidization, nitrogen lift, fishing, etc.Have thorough knowledge on downhole toolsHave general knowledge of all Slickline and Eline Well service services.Have detailed knowledge of Coiled Tubing services and their applications within the industry.Have good communication and interpersonal skills.Work in a way that works for you
