WHAT YOU’LL DO: + Train with highly skilled leaders in all areas of swimming pool production; to include partnering with our Engineering Team to support new initiates & innovations. + Ensure a safe working environment while performing assigned tasks. + Work with a team of dedicated associates, manufacturing swimming pools and pool components. WHAT YOU’LL NEED: + Working knowledge of various hand tools is preferred. + Fiberglass experience highly regarded. No experience needed, will train. + Ability to work within a team environment, as well as independently. + Fine motor skills & attention to detail required. + Able to bend, reach, push, pull &/or stand for up to 12-hour shifts.
