The Company is one of the largest producers of folding cartons and holds a leading market position in coated-unbleached Kraft board and coated-recycled board. One of its facilities is currently seeking an experienced **Printing Feeder** for the Fort Smith, AR plant that is part of the Consumer Products Division **Shift is 12-hour nights - 6:45 PM to 7 AM - Rotating 4 nights on and 4 nights off - weekends, holidays, and frequent over time required** **Tobacco Free Facility inside and outside for 12-hour shift.** **Address: 10300 Roberts Blvd, Fort Smith, AR 72916** **Position Purpose** Participates in overall product outcome associated with sheet-fed presses Interprets and documents standards related to product performance and quality Assists in the maintenance and set up of equipment for customer product Able to fill in as Assistant Press Operator if needed Supervision for position is random **Job Functions** Must be able to complete feeder quick-quick changes consistently Must be able to trouble shoot feed issues on the press Must be able to handle re-stacking stock Must be able to assist 1st and 2nd pressman with roller PM Must be able to assist with CI sorting Must be able to advance skill requirements to 2 Pressman job Must be able to work toward achieving pressroom goal Prefer 6 months in current position Performs other organizational duties as required Must take direction from 1st Pressman Must complete skill validation requirements for the Feeder job **Job Specifications** Education - high school diploma or GED is the minimum education preferred Experience - Previous manufacturing experience Skills - Mechanical, communication, and computer literate Able to use SAP and PEAK systems Abilities- Good attendance, guide teams and processes, and ability to work alone **Graphic Packaging is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
