Position Overview & Responsibilities:\n
Provide general office coordination and primary administrative support to the feed mill staff, including the Mill Managers as well as the Feed Order Department. Ensures accurate, efficient, and professional reception of individuals entering and calling the mill. \n
Major Areas of Accountability:\n\nEnter production receipts\/shipments\/transfers\nProvide backup for other admin positions when needed\nProvide input and support to others in the department\nCompile and distribute weekly milling reports\nSupport to inventory reconciliation\nProvides accurate and timely correspondence as required by Mill Management\nHandle incoming phone traffic, messages, mail and visitors for the mill\nCoordination of office activities\nFeed quality accountabilities\nMSDS management\/audits\nDOT administrations\nFOD support as needed\nToll mill invoice processing\n\n
Education, Training, and Experience Requirements:\n\nMinimum formal education required: Associates Degree \nMinimum number of years of prior job experience required: Minimal, 1-3 years\nSpecialized Training requirements: None\nOther Technical Skills required: Proficient in Microsoft word, Access, Excel, Outlook, and strong 10-Key skills\n\n
