Job Description:
+ Assist with maintaining communal office spaces, conference rooms (light cleaning as needed)
+ Providing support to team with a variety of clerical needs including but not limited to supporting events, preparing communications, and errands in state vehicle
+ Archive evaluations, letters, documents, maps, photographs, and manuscripts into digital format
+ Participate in departmental teams on various projects
+ Provides clerical office support
+ Update databases
Expected Salary:
$12/hour
Minimum Requirements:
This position is open to all students who are eligible to work on campus and have a valid Federal Work-Study (FWS) permit. Students must maintain a minimum 2.0 grade point average. Registered students are employed on a part-time basis, up to 20 hours per week. Must have a Federal Work Study work award for Fall 2024 semester.

+ Ability to lift 20 lbs.
+ Confident with verbal and written communication
+ Valid Driver’s license
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Previous office experience
+ Experience using Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
+ Excellent communication, organization and problem-solving skills
+ Ability to work independently
+ Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data accuracy and integrity
+ Possess effective organizational skills, ability to manage multiple tasks, ability to prioritize assignments to meet deadlines
