Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
+ Serve as the primary point of contact for On-Site Coordinators, providing guidance and troubleshooting any challenges they encounter.
+ Communicate regularly with volunteers to ensure schedules are maintained and any changes are addressed promptly.
+ Assist in tracking student lesson data and monitoring program fidelity.
+ Support general office operations, including administrative tasks, email management, and maintaining records.
+ Provide logistical support for PEAK Literacy programs and events.
+ Occasionally assist with planning and preparing materials for volunteers and students.
Expected Salary:
$14/ hour
Minimum Requirements:
+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Proficiency with office software (e.g., Google Workspace or Microsoft Office).
+ Experience in an administrative role or with volunteer management is preferred.
+ A proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for PEAK Literacy’s mission.

Preferred Qualifications:
+ Flexible hours that align with school programming or office needs. Ideally Monday-Friday 3pm-7pm
+ Preference will be given to candidates available to commit to multiple semesters and work 20 hours a week.
