Office-Based in Shanghai

The scope of responsibilities will include

Evaluation of sites for future studies and collection of information on available facilitiesPreparation of feasibility questionnaires and surveysDevelopment of strategies for patients’ recruitment and retention and assessment of ongoing patients’ recruitmentReview of study documents and preparation of summaries for employees involved in feasibility activitiesCommunication with other company divisions in regards to feasibility evaluationMaintenance of corporate databases for investigators, clinical facilities & equipmentReview of scientific literature and self-training pertinent to feasibility activitiesParticipation in scientific conferences and meetings with the purpose of collecting information on potential sites/investigators and obtaining in-depth training in the field of the meetingEnsuring adherence to the PSI/Client’s procedures in feasibility research processImplementation of a Quality Control programs aimed at assuring high standards of feasibility research and patient recruitmentPrimarily communication line for Business Development, Project Management and other company division in regards to feasibility assessment and patient recruitment strategiesEnsuring compliance with feasibility assessment deadlines including communication with Regional/Country Managers and Heads CO in order to meet client expectation and bidding process timelines

QualificationsLife Sciences, MPharm or Medical degreeA minimum of 5 years’ experience in clinical research and 2+ years in feasibility or patient recruitment.Prior significant experience in project management, feasibility, patient recruitment and/or lead monitoring roleCritical and analytical thinking skills. Ability to work with huge amount of medical and scientific information independentlyAdvanced user of PC (MS Power Point and MS Excel/Word) and ability and eagerness to improve computer skills fastGreat presentation and written communication skills. Ability to present data to clients in an assertive and professional mannerFast learnerProficiency in Chinese and English languages, both written and verbal
