What You Will Do
Strategy & Analysis
Development Regional strategy for your defined market and align on execution with RGMDevelop Long-Range-Plans (LRP) & Annual Operation Plan (AOP) in close collaboration with RGMDefine price list for all products within region and acceptable CM/kg targetUnderstand customers business, strategy, regional policy changes and future marketsShare insight into market conditions & competitive behaviorDetermine optimal path to market for growth and prioritize segmentsStrategy and organization of product roadmapLong-term market forecast to develop/support Strategic Growth PlanFinancial Management:
Responsible for margins per Product Group / Market Segment / RegionConduct financial analyses, budgeting, understand and challenge cost impact on P&LDeep dive into product cost reduction and implement cost controlsInventory needs within regionsTogether with SIOP analyze forecasting accuracy and define improvementsLead continuous improvement projects that result in cash generation or reduced riskContracts & Partnerships
Negotiate contracts and review periodically and manage and improve collaboration with partnershipsServe as director or operational lead of alliances/partnershipsPromote partnerships with customers & internallyLicensors with respect to Energy Transition – Revamps vs. New UnitsMarketing and Customer Experience
Develop and execute (in close collaboration with communication department) global marketing strategies & coordinate with regional teams for brand alignment, and develop case studies for challenger insightsManagement of Marketing BudgetsCollaborate with Sales and TE to propose customer solutions that win businessCoordination of new marketing opportunities within region such as trade shows or publicationsCoordination of articles produced withinCustomer experience: work with Quality to review QN database and prioritize corrective actionsUnderstand customers' business, strategy, regional policy changes, and future marketsWhat You Bring
Required:
