FastPay Analyst

This is your chance to be part of a Global Distribution Team that is an important part of Hilton's Commercial Services organization around the world. As a FastPay Analyst, you will support the team responsible for booking channel management and negotiations, booking channel optimization and operations, and services including payment and transaction settlement for online and digital third-party channels driving business to Hilton's hotels globally. On the Global Distribution team reporting to Manager, Distribution Services FastPay, you will work on projects ensuring that the commission-related needs of our hotels and our meeting planner companies (MPCs) are met/exceeded in a timely manner.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

\n

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

\n

What your day-to-day will be like:

\n\nResearch information and analyze data to arrive at objective conclusions, recommendations and plans of action within the FastPay program.\nPerformance recompilations of hotel supporting documentation to MPC invoices This includes researching, resolving, and reporting any variances.\n\n

How you will collaborate with others:

\n\nSupport all Hilton-branded properties participating in the program. This involves providing mentorship on required approvals, information input, and meeting pickup for processing commission payments. You will also assist with any adjustments, as applicable.\nProvide customer service support to MPCs and perform functions relative to special projects or ad-hoc requests\n\n

What deliverables you will take ownership of: 

\n\nImprovement opportunities as it relates to FastPay.\nThe commission payment process cycles through research, special projects, and internal control procedures.\n\n

WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT

You have these minimum qualifications:

\n\nOne (1) year of professional experience\nOne (1) year of experience in customer service\nExperience working with Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets) and Outlook\n\n

It would be useful if you have:

\n\nOne (1) year of Finance or Accounting experience\nOne (1) year of experience in Data Entry\nKnowledge of all FastPay processes\nKnowledgeable of all travel agency commission-processing systems or research and special projects\n\n
