Job Summary: As a Fast Food Crew member, you would be responsible for performing a variety of tasks in and around our quick service outlets. This is a fast paced high volume role where you will be serving guests from around the world! No prior experience is needed. The Details: Position Type: Seasonal Season Dates: Mid April - Late October Pay: $15.45/hour Schedule: Typical schedule is 40 hours, 5 days per week (may include weekends, evenings, and holidays) Why Yellowstone National Park? Responsibilities Provide excellent guest service in an efficient manner. Responsible for prep, set-up, service, clean up, and restocking of food service areas. Adhere to all sanitation requirements including product rotation, temperature maintenance, storage procedures, cooking requirements, and handling techniques. Maintain the cleanliness and order, and properly stock the kitchen, dining, and service areas. Complete assigned duties within each shift, focusing efforts on cleanliness and appearance of dining areas. Qualifications Ability to follow all policy, procedures and service standards. Ability to work quickly, efficiently, and safely with all kitchen equipment. Ability to organize and prioritize under pressure while maintaining a pleasant demeanor. Adhear to appearance and uniform standards. Excellent communication skills. Ability to work in a team environment and follow direction. Physical Requirements include: Must be able to stand for long periods of time, approximately 8 hours. Must be able to walk for long periods of time.
