The **Family Practice Physician** shall deliver quality care to attain positive health outcomes for all our valued patients with emphasis on cultural sensitivity and human dignity. "The Anadarko Indian Health Center has a multidisciplinary outpatient department that provides a wide range of services including primary care, acute care, and management of chronic health conditions for our community, providing approximately 50 to 80 visits a day." For more information, visit - https://www.ihs.gov/oklahomacity/healthcarefacilities/anadarko/ Position details: + 1099, rate $155-175/hour + 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday + Chenega covers medical malpractice insurance + Patient Volume: Estimated 20 per day **Responsibilities** + Examine, diagnose, and develop treatment plans and recommendations for patients seen. + Recommend and refer patients to other Indian Health Service providers and Purchase Referred Care vendors. + Document services in theelectronic medical record system for patient encounters; complete administrative paperwork including electronic consults, co-signatures, completion of chart or Risk Management Reviews, unusualoccurrencesand peer review. + Provide consultation to the Hospital Emergency Department healthcare providers on an as needed basis. + Provide physician service and staff urgent care clinic, as needed. **Qualifications** + Permanent, current,fulland unrestricted license to practice medicine in a state, District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, or a territory of the United States. + Board Certified in or Board Eligible in Family Practice and/or Internal Medicine. + Successful completion of a residency program in Family Practice, Internal Medicine, or Training Program. + Active BLS and ACLS certifications. + Active DEA license. **Estimated Salary/Wage** USD $155.00/Hr.
