We are seeking an experienced Family Lawyer to provide legal counsel to our clients on matters related to family law. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling cases involving divorce, child support, spousal support, parental rights, and other family-related issues. The Family Lawyer will work closely with clients to ensure that their legal rights are protected and all their expectations are met.

Key Responsibilities:

Represent clients in family law matters, including divorce, child support, spousal support, parental rights, and other family-related issues.Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and orders.Research legal issues and prepare legal opinions.Negotiate settlements, handle settlement conferences, and represent clients in court.Maintain client files, prepare case summaries, and develop strategies.Ensure that clients legal rights are respected.

Qualifications:
