Clarify CTQs with customers for new project developmentDesign and conduct DOE test condition based on customers' technical requirementsCommunicate test condition and test SOP to lab technicians clearlyCollect, summarize and communicate test results and recommendations to ensure technical specification needs are metAssists in research efforts to improve existing products or create new applicationsWorks independently with minimal guidanceExperienced with in-depth knowledge in material science, optical technics and coating process

Qualifications

Master degree in Chemistry/Chemical Engineering/Material Science and Engineering is required.Experience in Polymer/Organic chemistry and coating process are required.DOE experience and coating working experience (35 years) is a plus.Ability to work and communicate effectively within the organization.Independent researcher, as well as team work is required.Fluent in English & Mandarin.Good computer proficiency

On May 22, 2024, we announced a plan to separate our Electronics and Water businesses in a tax-free manner to its shareholders.
