Minimum requirements:
Matric Minimum 5 years of Factory or Production Management experience Proficiency in CNC machine drafting and CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.) Experience with sheet metal manufacturing processes (cutting, bending, welding) Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills Deep understanding of factory workflows and production targets Familiarity with South African health and safety and labor regulations Advantageous: Experience with laser cutters and brake presses Supervise factory floor activities and staff Manage raw material procurement and costing Bilingual in Afrikaans and English Consultant: RUVINA BALLARAM - Dante Personnel East Rand
