Facility Services Coordinator
Overview As a Facility Services Coordinator at Mirabella Seattle, you’ll provide administrative support and maintain our computerized management system for our entire facility services team. You’ll help our Facility Services Director manage contractors, policy and procedure, compliance records and budget to ensure the department runs smoothly. As a Coordinator at our community, you’ll be a connector, networker and relationship builder and trusted source of information to all that you support in facility services. Compensation: $24.00 - $27.82 / hr DOE About You: Minimum of 1 year's experience in facility services, building operations, or office environment. Strong organization skills, good phone and public relation skills. Knowledge of facility management functions, processes, and tools. Computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, and knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
