Facility Project Coordinator

\nAs a Facility Project Coordinator here at Honeywell Building Automation (BA), you will play a crucial role in coordinating and managing facility projects. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of projects, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. Your strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask will be essential in driving project success.

\nYou will report directly to our Facility Manager, and you'll work out of our London customer location.

In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of facility projects, contributing to the overall success of our organization.

\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES

\n\n\n\tCoordinate and manage facility projects from initiation to completion\n\tDevelop project plans, schedules, and resource allocation\n\tAssist with ongoing implementation of customer service standards and process improvement strategies for the general facility including material handling, contractor, and staff movement through the secure facilities.\n\tCollaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure project deliverables are met\n\tMonitor project progress and identify any issues or risks\n\tCommunicate project status and updates to stakeholders\n\tEnsure compliance with safety regulations and standards\n\tMaintain project documentation and records\n\n\n

YOU MUST HAVE

\n\n\n\tPost Secondary Education Diploma in Business Administration, Facilities, Engineering, Project Management, and Construction Infrastructure Development.\n\t5 years’ experience in a similar role\n\tAbility to travel to offices in London, St Thomas, Woodstock, and Hamilton, ON, up to 60% of the time.\n\tValid G license\n\tImmunization (including COVID-19 vaccination) as required by the customer and in accordance with the Public Health Act\n\n\n

WE VALUE

\n\n\n\tExperience in coordinating facility projects\n\tKnowledge in one or more of the following fields: building automation, controls, security, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire, contracts, and construction.\n\tExperience in P3 Environment or Health Care Facilities\n\tKnowledge of project management methodologies\n\tExperience with SAP and CMMS, Salesforce, programs\n\tStrong organizational and multitasking skills\n\tExcellent communication and interpersonal skills\n\tProficiency in project management software and tools\n\tProficiency in Microsoft Office tools; Word, Excel, PowerPoint\n\tAttention to detail and strong problem-solving skills\n\n\n
