What You’ll Be Doing

Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot facility equipment across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.

Perform preventative maintenance on powerhouse equipment, ensuring everything runs smoothly.

Conduct daily checks, boiler blowdowns, and water chemistry tests to maintain optimal system performance.

Monitor and maintain centrifugal chillers (1700 tons), cooling towers, and RO water systems.

Manage high-pressure boilers, compressed air systems, and heating hot water systems.

Respond to system alarms, perform equipment adjustments, and complete rotations as needed.

Work on facility upkeep, including housekeeping, organizing spare parts, and implementing safety initiatives.

What You Bring to the Table

10+ years of experience in facility maintenance, powerhouse operations, or a related field.
Expertise in high-pressure boilers, water chemistry, and cooling systems.
Strong knowledge of centrifugal chillers, compressed air systems, and RO water systems.
Ability to analyze and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
EPA 608 Type II Certification (Universal Certification preferred).
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, email, and facility management systems.
Strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.

Pay Details: $46.40 per hour
