Oversee the management of Shapa site to ensure great athlete xperience at all times while meeting operational and financial targets/ expectations
Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for end to end success of the facility working across all functions and stakeholders to maximize community impact deliver operational excellence and meet Nike brand objectives Develop and maintain relationships with internal as well as external business partners and community stakeholders to develop and advance the athlete experience in the site Management and administration of the Facilities budget and make recommendations to improve the overall productivity Collect data to identify trends insights and gaps to advise strategy as well as relevant programming Recommend and implement new processes and programs to increase efficiency and overall value of the facility
Requirements
Relevant tertiary qualification will be an advantage facilities management sport management or any other business related field s will be considered
Minimum of 5 year work experience on high profile project or in operations management within Facilities /Hospitality/ or Retail Excellent understanding of Facilities Sport industry and its trends Demonstrated experience leading strategic partners and supplier management Ability to influence multiple business partners across all levels of the organisation
Effective communication skills ability to simplify the complex and build trusted relationships Strong business acumen with experience managing budgets Ability to effectively lead a large diverse team A strong ability to drive conflict resolution Strong verbal written and presentation skills Good understanding of the legislative requirements ie BCEA LRA OSH Act EE Act etc Demonstrated experience leading strategic partners and supplier management
