About the opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Facility Manager for our Redbank QLD site. This pivotal role is responsible for leading and managing the operations of a Delivery Centre, PUD operations, processing, Linehaul, COLT, Fleet and associated network to ensure the provision of high-quality, reliable, and cost-effective delivery services.
You’ll also
• Lead by example, fostering a “customer first” service culture and motivating staff to work as one team embracing our enterprise values.
• Direct and manage all processing and support activities to meet operational and performance targets.
• Monitor parcel delivery performance, analyzing key trends and performance indicators.
• Facilitate continuous innovation and process improvements across the operation.
• Drive a ‘Zero Safety Culture’ while ensuring safety protocols and compliance are met.
• Build employee engagement through transformational leadership.
• Seek out cost reduction opportunities and performance improvements.
About you
We’re looking for a motivated leader with the ability to bring the best out of teams and achieve operational excellence in a dynamic environment.

• Proven experience in creating a strong safety culture and leading diverse teams.
• Expertise in managing industrial relations conflicts and union negotiations.
• People management experience in a logistics, retail, or operational environment.
• Strong collaboration skills with stakeholders and partners to drive results.
• Ability to implement change in a fast-paced business environment.
• Leadership experience in driving cost reductions and efficiency initiatives.
• Solid financial and business management knowledge, including KPIs and budget management.
• Commitment to HR policies and procedures.
