The primary responsibilities will include:
Provides facility maintenance and repairsHandles repairs, cleaning, and other general upkeep for the buildingGeneral tasks include, but not limited to, changing light bulbs, putting together appliances, fixing leaky sinks and toilets, and at times, rewiring electrical unitsProvides oversight to outside contractors performing any type of work in the facility not associated with medical equipmentMaintains basic proficiency in the use of the software system that controls the magnetic door locks in the clinic and be able to perform basic trouble-shooting related to the timing of automatic locking and unlocking of clinic doors. Contact vendor expert help desk support as needed for magnetic door locking troubleshootingMaintains basic proficiency in the use of the software system that controls the recording and playback of our clinic security cameras. Contact vendor expert help desk support as needed for magnetic door locking troubleshootingAssists with other duties as needed and assigned
The job qualifications for this position are as follows:
A high school diploma or GED equivalent1-year related experience
