Facility Inspector
**Overview** The Facility Inspector uses working knowledge of quality control techniques and methodology to provide technical assistance to operations and field personnel. For information about ABM’s benefits, visit ABM 2024 Employee Benefits (https://www.abm.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/11/2024-Recruitment-Frontline-11.6.23.pdf) | Front Line Team Members | (Programa de Beneficios de ABM) **Basic Qualifications:** • Must be 18 years of age or older • Must possess valid, unexpired driver’s license **Preferred Qualifications:** + One (1) year of similar experience preferred + Prior surveyor or Quality Control experience preferred + Proficiency using maps and location equipment in the field + Strong communication skills, both oral and written. + Must be proficient with Microsoft Office platform, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. **Responsibilities:** • As a Facility Inspector, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients facilites meet our high standards of cleanliness, safety, and functionality. • In this role, you will have the opportunity to use your keen eye for detail and your strong communication skills to identify potential issues and provide recommendations for improvement. • If you are someone who takes pride in your work and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to have you on our team. • Conduct routine inspections of client facilites to ensure they meet company standards of cleanliness, safety, and functionality. • Use strong attention to detail to identify potential issues and areas for improvement. • Communicate effectively with clients and team members to report inspection findings and provide recommendations for improvement. • Follow company guidelines and protocols for conducting inspections and documenting results. • Maintain accurate records of all inspections and provide timely reports to management. • Collaborate with other team members to address any urgent issues or concerns identified during inspections. • Continuously monitor and evaluate facility maintenance and cleaning processes to identify areas for improvement. • Stay updated on industry standards and best practices related to facility management. • Maintain a professional and positive attitude while interacting with clients and team members. • Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while conducting inspections.
