We are in need of a Maintenance Supervisor in Tijuana, Mexico with expertise developing a team. This role will focus on equipment and facility maintenance. This is a critical role and requires someone who has worked with a variety of manufacturing equipment. This is a Direct Hire opportunity.

The ideal candidate will have experience hiring, training, and mentoring a maintenance staff.

\r\n\r\n

Must have experience in the following areas:

\r\n\r\n

Equipment installation and repair

\r\n\r\n

Developing preventative maintenance plans and scheduling

\r\n\r\n

Maintained and repaired a variety of electro-mechanical equipment

\r\n\r\n

Been responsible for maintenance budgets

\r\n\r\n

Experience with as built as well as designed equipment

\r\n\r\n

A Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or similar field of study is required

\r\n\r\n

Must be bilingual English and Spanish

\r\n\r\n
