As a Facility Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and executing the facility roadmap and budget for the Warsaw site, including construction, improvements, and maintenance.
What you will do:
Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspections, preventative maintenance, and repairs of facility equipment and systems. Conduct regular inspections of the site to identify and address potential problems before they escalate. Oversee and support the installation, servicing, and maintenance of HVAC systems, lighting, and other building systems. Collaborate with external contractors and service providers as needed to ensure timely and quality work. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inspections, and inventory of supplies and equipment.
What you need to have:
Technical Education Proven experience as a Facility Engineer, Maintenance Engineer, Maintenance Technician or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics. Familiarity with BMS and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) is a nice to have.
