Job Description
The Facilities coordinator will maintain efficient and smooth operation of the working environment
**Responsibilities** :
+ Maintains physical space, ensuring a safe, clean, and functional environment.
+ Receives, manages, and processes work order requests; ensures problems are resolved quickly.
+ Acts as liaison between employees and any outside contractors needed to resolve specialized problems.
+ Drafts and implements preventive maintenance schedules for buildings and equipment.
+ Ensures safety standards are followed throughout facility.
+ Maintains inventory of supplies.
+ Performs other related duties as assigned.
+ Ensure that detailed inspections across the buildings are frequently conducted
+ Maintain office equipment and physical space and resolve any building problems
+ Make any necessary preparations and for meetings and events (Audio Visual equipment, seats, beverages, etc.)
+ Create and implement maintenance schedules, cleaning schedules etc.
+ Be actively involved in planning future needs of building space and necessary supplies
+ Ensure adequate supply levels for all necessary equipment and materials in kitchen, gym, offices, etc.
+ Act as a liaison between company employees and outside contractors
+ Maintain and enhance our relationship with key suppliers/service providers of our sites
+ Provide support on building projects
+ Manage locker lists of projects and aligns with operations for the assignment of lockers.
**Candidate profile:**
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills English and Greek
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office or related software necessary to create and maintain reports and logs.
+ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
+ Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
+ At least 2-3 years of related experience preferred
+ Relevant working experience and knowledge of standard facility functions and maintenance
+ Project management experience is a plus
+ Excellent use of Microsoft Office
+ Familiarity with H&S standards
+ Strong prioritization and time management skills
+ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
+ Ownership in daily tasks and accountability to excellence
