Through ASRC, we are a certified Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) and Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB), and we also offer 8(a) options. **Position Summary** RSI is recruiting for a Facility Clerk whois responsible for supporting the Facility Lead at the LM Operations Center (LMOC) by greeting staff/visitors, answering, and transferring all LMOC incoming calls. **Job Title:** Facility Clerk **Location(s):** Westminster, CO **Status:** Full-Time **FLSA:** Non-Exempt **Hiring Range: $** 20.00 to $22.00 per hour.(The anticipated starting salary is based on the posted minimum requirements for this position. The offered salary will be based upon the selected applicant’s education, training, and experience.) This position does not require travel. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities** + Greet and direct visitors at LMOC. + Receive, sort, and deliver US Mail. + Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services (FedEx); logs in receiving express mail/all packages (FedEx, UPS and other shipping companies) via logbook and online Receiving Log in Access. Then notifies/delivers to LMOC staff. + Assists in receiving, stocking, and distribution of office supplies. Ensures all printers have paper and toner, calling for maintenance if printer is not working. + Assists with photocopying and scanning documents as requested. + Support Facility Lead in conducting monthly, semi-annual, and annual building inspections. + Responsible for taking photographs of all new employees and providing to Client HR for employee badge process. + Support new hire process by completing I9 verification of documentation and form process. + Answer and transfer all LMOC phone calls. + Assists with setup of meetings for LM, LMS and outside agencies. + Keeps logs of all visitors to LMOC. + Issues, secures, and tracks all Temporary Badges. + Tracks coffee orders/amounts. + Responsible for making name tags for employee workspaces. + Report to LM/Facility Lead Emergency Contact for the day. + Other duties as assigned. **Required Education and Years of Relevant Experience** + Bachelor’s degree. Experience in lieu of education considered. + 12 years of relevant experience **Licenses and Certifications** + No licensure/certification required. **Required Skills and Abilities** + Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) + Proficient in using email for correspondence, etc. in a timely manner. + Ability to interact with internal and external clients and provide customer service as needed. **Clearance and Health Requirements** + Criminal Background Check + Pre-placement Drug Screening + Fit for Duty Test (if applicable) **Essential Physical Requirements** Sedentary: Work involves exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time.
