**What is the job about?**
As a Facility & CI Specialist at Grundfos, you'll be at the forefront of managing and executing tasks and projects. Your main responsibility will be to ensure that Building and CI projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards. You'll collaborate closely with various stakeholders to drive efficiency and innovation throughout the facility.
This position reports directly to the Head of Argentina Operations and will operate daily out of the Buenos Aires, Argentina facility (Garin). Relocation for this position cannot be supported and qualified candidates must have authorization to work in Argentina without support.
**Your main responsibilities:**
+ Ensure professional solutions for tasks and projects.
+ Develop and support project plans, processes, and project organizations.
+ Estimate costs, resources, and time for project completion.
+ Identify, resolve, or escalate problems to minimize delays.
+ Deliver professional process consultancy and coordinate process development and implementation.
+ Apply knowledge of relevant systems, local laws, and regulations for facilities.
+ Drive Kaizen events and use tools like 5S, TWI, Kaizen, JIT, and VSM.
+ Manage all aspects of projects to ensure timely and budget-compliant completion.
**Your background:**
We imagine that you have:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field of study plus 2-3 years of experience leading facility projects and or continuous improvement
+ Relevant experience in facility maintenance, administration and building optimization
+ Technical understanding of facility projects, energy efficiency and maintenance
+ Basic Knowledge of continuous Improvement methodology like 5S, TWI, Kaizen, etc.
+ Proven experience with budget administration
+ English proficiency
