About the Job
As the Facility Administrator, you will be the ambassador of our company’s first impressions with employees, guests, visitors and suppliers. You will have a varied and broad role where you will need to optimize your judgment, adaptability and organization skills as you move from one task to the next. This role will report to the Head of Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS)/Facilities.
What you will do
Handle the receipt and delivery (or communication of delivery) of incoming mail and packagesOversee office supply inventory, including ordering, stocking, and tracking usage.Provide general administrative support as requiredWhat you need
· Our office in Raleigh, NC is the primary location for daily responsibilities and typical work hours are full time/40 hours/week from 8:00am-4:00pm, Monday- Friday with some flexibility as needed
· 3-5 years of demonstrated ability in an office support role
· 2-year college degree preferred
· Strong problem-solving skills and able to be proactive in finding solutions
· Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with staff and external partners
· High-level organization skills with the ability to multitask; be adaptable and flexible.
· Ability to work effectively with all departments.
· Experience with MS Office suite of products such as MS Outlook, MS Word and MS Excel
· The Facility Administrator position does not have people manager responsibilities.
