+ Ability to work independently on multiple projects involving different customer groups.
+ Ability to work as a team member in balancing workloads and pending tasks within a given timeline.
Job Description
Responsible for assisting in the daily management of an assigned facility. The Corporate Facility Services Specialist will perform weekly inspections of the building, minor maintenance tasks, and manage furniture and box movements, as well as conference room presentation setups. The Specialist must be customer service driven, with a keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities
+ Conduct weekly inspections of the facility to ensure proper maintenance.
+ Perform minor maintenance tasks and repairs as needed.
+ Move furniture and boxes to accommodate facility needs.
+ Set up tables, chairs, and audiovisual equipment in conference rooms as per scheduled meetings.
+ Collect and discard/recycle items left from previous meetings such as papers and water bottles.
+ Adhere to conference room presentation standards as outlined in the setup guide.
+ Identify and report issues with A/V equipment, including telephones and conference phones.
+ Deliver and pick up equipment throughout the campus.
Work Environment
Work is conducted at the Fiserv, Inc. facility. Timekeeping is managed through VMS. The dress code includes a black polo and khaki pants. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 7am to 4pm.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
