The Opportunity:
As a Facilities Technician at Fisher Investments, you will be part of a team overseeing facilities maintenance and repairs for our Plano campus. Reporting to the Facilities Site Manager, you will maintain campus facilities including roads, storm drains, lighting, sanitary sewer system and snow removal.
The Day-to-Day:
Provide expertise to implement improvements to the buildings including general maintenance of office buildingsPerform preventive maintenanceCheck daily building operations, energy management system, and equipment statusVarious building maintenance responsibilities as assigned by managementIdentify and recommend changes in process and equipment to improve safety reliability, and efficiencyAssemble and install furniture as requestedMove standing work stations weeklyManufacture and build table tops, cabinetsTrouble shoot, diagnose and repair equipment as neededRepair fleet vehiclesYour Qualifications:
3+ years experience maintenance for a Class A office buildingExtensive experience with commercial HVACExperience with general constructionAbility to read blueprintsExperience providing basic electrical servicesExperience in fire and safety codesExperience with preventive maintenanceWhy Fisher Investments:
