About the Role

BGIS is seeking a Facilities Supervisor to join our team in Potts Point, NSW. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day facilities operations and ensuring service excellence across our client's site. You’ll lead by example, drive contractor performance, and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily facilities operations, including maintenance and cleaning services Coordinate and manage subcontractors and service providers Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies Support the delivery of planned and reactive maintenance works Respond to client requests and resolve issues efficiently

About You

Proven experience in facilities management or building services supervision Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills Understanding of WHS, risk, and compliance management Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Australian Citizenship – Mandatory due to client requirements
