Facilities Program Coordinator

Responsibilities The selectee will provide facility engineering expertise to support the planning and execution of the Agency’s facility sustainment, restoration, and modernization (FSRM) program at NGA Campus West’s (NCW) sites in St. Louis and Arnold, MO. You will be responsible for supporting the organization’s engineering support for the planning, design, and construction of sustainment, restoration, and modernization projects for the NCW facilities. This role affords you the opportunity to actively participate on integrated teams and lead multiple tasks, projects, or teams. The FSRM Program Coordinator may also have purview over Task Orders, Assessments, Studies, Pilots and Emerging Requirements. Plan, execute, and close projects that meet or exceed customer objectives Create clear and attainable project objectives, build project requirements, and manage constraints of cost, time, scope, and quality Develop the overall project plan and manage project operations Develop Plans of Actions & Milestones (POA&M) with metrics that ensure sustainment and execution of facility sustainment, restoration, and modernization (FSRM) programs Assist with tracking status of all of FSRM projects. Develop and maintain FSRM out-year requirements, especially the life-cycle maintenance and repair (M&R) program for the facilities. Capture future M&R requirements Track the status of all related projects in execution Make all record updates for the FSRM program Ensure production schedules are met and system resources are used effectively Works closely with assigned staff, senior specialists or task leads. May direct the activities of specialists or other staff as necessary on activities related to the specified field or discipline. Qualifications MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: · Active TS/SCI clearance · Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience within related field. · 11-14 years of technical work experience providing expertise, guidance, consultation, facilitation, and thought leadership to the client and/or project team based on specialized in- depth expertise in such fields as: engineering and technology; policy and administration; planning; analysis; facilities; communications; human capital; business; and management. · Additional skills include the following: briefing skills, project management, organizational skills, and communication skills. PREFERRED/DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: · Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent · Project management of facility sustainment, restoration, and modernization (FSRM) projects. · Cost estimating support (e.g., certified cost estimator credential) for project execution programs, including management and maintenance of major annual project budget. · Programming, budget, and execution documentation creation experience for major construction efforts · BUILDER software experience.
